Junior News

Junior Fixtures have been announced are here.

Would you like to get involved in coaching?

We are also in need of some more coaches for our sessions on Sundays.
If you have some experience in rugby (even from school!) that would be a help especially for the older groups (Year 4 upwards).
If you are a dad/mum who comes and watches their child most weeks (and we know who you are!!) why not get involved? The Manx RFU do run Level 1 and Tag Courses which are both great ways to start your coaching education. The club would be willing to pay for these if you could commit to most training/match weeks. We do realise people cannot commit to every week.
Of course the other coaches would also be there to help and advise if you need.

Girl's group

For the past few seasons Gareth has run a girls' group for girls who wanted to play after Year 3 but did not wish to undertake contact rugby. (Mixed sex contact teams are allowed by the RFU until Year 7) As Gareth is hoping to move groups this year we also urgently need a coach for this girl's group if it is to continue. If you wish to find out more contact Gareth on 473087 asap.

Please get involved and help your child's club and have some fun at the same time.

Training resumes on September 13th at 2pm.
Registration forms will be available on the day so please bring your pencil and chequebook! Subscriptions are £20 for juniors. Bargain!
